How COVID-19 has affected our business operations

Our business around the world has been affected by restrictions placed on our operations by the government and our own desire to slow the spread of COVID-19. Kingston Technology and HyperX Gaming informs all of its customers that the majority of staff at our corporate headquarters, located in Fountain Valley, California, are working remotely as of 16 March. All other Kingston sites around the world are following the same guidelines. All enquiries and messages received via e-mail and other forms of communication will be answered with due diligence and attention. Product exchanges by both Kingston and HyperX brands may be postponed as necessary. We will attend to all requests and product orders as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration.
