How do I format my flash card?
Warning: Formatting a flash card will erase all the files on the card.
On Windows 7, open "Computer" and right-click on the drive that corresponds with the card. Select "Format" from the pop-up menu to access the Windows format utility. Set File System to exFAT, select Quick Format and then click Start.
On Windows 10, go to Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Disk Management. Highlight the drive that corresponds with the card and right-click. Select "Format" from the pop-up menu to access the format utility. Set File System to exFAT and click Okay.

If using a card reader on a Mac, open the "Go" menu and double-click on Utilities (If you do not see Utilities, double-click on Applications and then double-click on the Utilities folder). Double-click on the Disk Utility icon. On the Disk Utility Dialog box, click once on the flash card's active partition. Note: There will be two listings for the card, the first one is the active partition and the second is the volume label. Click the erase tab and select exFAT for the Volume Format. Click Erase.
